Good morning y'all! This morning I've re-started laundry, loaded the dishwasher, and checked my email. I've been praying this morning about today. Things are going to be busy and I need to let the Lord orchestrate the whole day! This year I'm in charge of the Christmas float for the Art Club. Today we are going to be putting it together. I have to call Patrick's (my DH) to see if he is in town to move the flatbed trailer to town. If not Patrick will have to re-arrange his schedule to help me. Then I have a window to finish painting for Christmas. Then, music lessons in town for the boys. THEN to church to work on the set for the Christmas play. Whew... not sure I can get it all done today. I'm going to try, which is why I need God's help.
Lord, thank you for all the blessings you have given to me. I'm grateful for the very breath I breathe. I come to you this morning asking you to be in my day, the whole day. Be with me as I help the boys with their school work. Be with me as I'm driving to town and church. Be with me as I am arranging to get the trailer to town. Be with me as we work on the float and windows. Be with me and let me follow your will today. Let me be calm about things today. And if something doesn't work out, let me have your peace and know that something better is on it's way. Lord, I ask you to be with my friends and family. Bless them abundently, Lord, with health and good finances and peace this time of the year! All these things I ask in Jesus name, AMEN!
