Good morning y'all! This is how I start my posts on facebook each morning. I've been wanting to start a blog for some time now. Been thinking lately about my walk with Jesus. Wanting to get closer to Him than ever. The scriptures say pray without ceasing. A main way for me to get closer to Him. In this busy busy world, it's easy to lose that connection at times. I don't want to do that. If it means I'll slow down on some things in my life, then so be it.
I'm wanting to do things different this Christmas too. Not sure how yet. Need to pray some more about this. Haven't got into the Christmas "spirit" yet.
Have a busy day ahead of me. School this morning with the boys. A Christmas float art project to help the boys finish. We made an almost 6 foot paper mache cactus. Our Christmas parade theme is Cowboy Christmas. And I'm in charge of the Art club float. then we are off to run a few errands in town. Music theory class after that. Have to be at church by 4 to work on the set for our Christmas play. AND church tonight. :) See what I mean about a busy life?
